On April 20 the second round of this year’s compulsory certificate testing for the eligibility for the junior positions in civil service has been completed. Of 172 citizens who applied for the testing, only 163 were present. 27 citizens or 16.5% of the participants, performing the task on the required level, were given the right to receive the certificate. The certificate for the eligibility for the junior positions in civil service has one-year term of validity. Within this term it provides the right to apply for junior civil service positions announced in the staffs of all state bodies of the civil service system.  At the moment 191 citizens have valid certificates, of which the validity term of 54 certificates ends on April 26. As a brief reminder, in this year’s first round of testing 35 out of the 152 participants succeeded in receiving a certificate.
